Disability Program

Creative Housing Program is an independent living program that assists and supports people with disabilities to live independently in the community. The program links people with the types of support or help they need to be independent.

Accommodation Outreach

Accommodation Outreach supports people with a disability by developing and keeping up their skills to carry out everyday activities. This training can asist people with a disaiblity to access community activities and live outside and independent of staffed residential accommodation. A needs assessment by UnitingCare Goulburn North East is required to assess eligibility.

Independent Living Units

We manage three sites with independent living units in Wangaratta: Mundarlo Units, Wangaratta Wesley Homes and Wills Street Units.

Hospital Flats

Affordable short term emergency accommodation for carers of people admitted to hospitals in Wangaratta is provided in three units at the Wesley Homes.

Community Kitchen

Community Kitchen is a group of 6-8 people who come together to socialise and enjoy good food. Each group decides how frequently they would like to meet, the structure of their meetings and how they would like their kitchen to run.
