About the opportunity
This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team who are dedicated to providing options and support to senior members of the regional community to live independently for as long as possible. The team is recognised for providing caring, quality services over a long period of time in the region. You will receive many learning and skill development opportunities and be at the forefront of developing and providing quality aged care services in the community.

About you
You will be a qualified and experienced dedicated practitioner who is committed to supporting our seniors in the community.

You will be innovative, enthusiastic and want to be part of a team. Every day will be different and you will be able to meet with the challenges of community aged care, and be able to understand and influence both change in service delivery and provide choice and control to clients. Being client-focused and a caring, professional nature is vital to the role.

You will be competent in the use of client-based information technology and client record keeping systems.
