About the opportunity

This is a short-term, fixed-term role to backfill a short-term vacancy in the Care Advisor's position. The current incumbent carries a stable case load of Home Care Package clients which the new worker will have to pick up for a period of seven (7) weeks over the Christmas period. You will be working with a supportive team and have the opportunity to work in various parts of the Hume Region with clients in their homes and local communities.

 

About you

We are looking for an experienced Care Advisor, with a proven track record - who can hit the decks running and is interested in helping us maintain the quality of our services to our valued clients for a period of up to 7 weeks.

You will need to have a good awareness of the regional aged care sector and be very familiar with the current government policies and practices of providing Home Care Packages.

Applicants will need to have the relevant qualifications in social work, nursing, case management and / or welfare work.
